Our retail store is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. On Saturdays we usually service only our weddings and and pre-ordered singing telegrams,-- the retail store is closed on Saturdays. Exceptions for deliveries might be sympathy designs needing to be delivered to the funeral home. We do have extended Saturday hours during the year for holidays, proms, etc. -so please call to verify any extended Saturday hours. We are closed on Sundays

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order online or call at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Gift Basket Shipping- $12.95 is the fee to ship in-house gift items.

For Delivery Before 12 noon request our "Special Delivery" and for only an additional $4.95 (plus regular delivery fee) receive guaranteed delivery before 12:00 (noon). Orders must be placed by 4:00 p.m. the day prior.

If needing Same Day Morning Delivery, please call and place your order as early as possible. If our schedule permits, we will fill your order in the morning and a rush delivery fee may apply.

Specific Time Deliveries- We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day. You must place your order by phone or in person to be sure we can accommodate your time. Local Delivery Fee- A local delivery fee of $9.95, $10.95 or $11.95 will be added to each order, for each address. For deliveries outside our local delivery area, the fee is $14.95 (This includes a $9.95 delivery fee and $5.00 relay charge). If scheduling permits, we do deliver to limited areas outside our local delivery area for a $14.95 fee --SEE AREAS COVERED SECTION

U.S. Orders Same Day Delivery must be received before noon in the recipient's time zone to Guarantee same-day delivery. Orders received after that time may possibly be delivered the following day, depending on location. After 12:00 pm please call shop to see delivery is available.

You must place your order by phone or in person before 2:00 p.m the day prior to be sure we can accommodate your time. Request Specific Time Delivery for an additional $14.95 plus the regular delivery fee.

Rural Route Deliveries- Delivery of orders to rural route addresses must have a street address (not a P.O.Box number) and also a current phone number. It is best to call the shop and verify your rural route address.

International Orders- We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet or gift basket, due to the availability of certain items in our shop or in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement or gift, using items of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake containor items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
